AN AGREED SCOPE BEFORE THE VISIT
Watermen develops a site-specific inspection checklist using our experience and the data points your facility wants recorded. You review the inspection scope before work begins, helping each visit produce consistent, useful records.
WHEN TO REQUEST AN INSPECTION
Inspections can support treatment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, permit-related documentation, and preparation for regulatory visits. Reviewing equipment condition and available cleaning and maintenance records helps your team identify concerns and organize follow-up work.
WHAT TO EXPECT ONSITE
We prefer to inspect while the system is operating when site conditions and access allow, so we can observe equipment and treatment performance. The operating condition, access requirements, and inspection boundaries are discussed with your team in advance.
IF WE IDENTIFY A PROBLEM
Watermen explains the issue and recommends a practical corrective action. At your direction, Watermen may complete the repair when appropriate, help coordinate a contractor, or provide information for your staff to perform the work.
